Canvass Your Own Neighborhood
On Monday, let Catherine know if you are interested in canvassing YOUR neighborhood for our Democratic Candidates. Norma, Whitman, and Catherine are working with Team Tran to set up canvassing assignments for your own neighborhood where you can knock for Derek Tran along with our state legislative candidates. The Los Angeles County Democratic Party endorsement filing process is NOW OPEN!
For candidates on the Tuesday, NOVEMBER 3, 2026, general election ballot seeking the LACDP endorsement, please note that the filing period to request the LACDP's endorsement is now open. All Candidate Interview Committee and Assembly Delegation recommendations shall be taken up for consideration on Tuesday, September 08, 2026, at the Los Angeles County Central Committee Meeting.

After submitting the questionnaires, you must pay the appropriate administrative fee via ActBlue or by mailing a check by the noted deadline above.
$75 for races outside the City of Los Angeles
$150 for the following races: Los Angeles Countywide, City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Community College District Board of Trustees, Los Angeles Unified School District Board, certain Water Boards/ Replenishment Districts, and offices that overlap more than 4 Assembly Districts.

Primary Election Results

Thank you to everyone who worked hard for any candidates or issues during this primary election season. Now that we have results, let’s remember that it is time to join together and support the democrat who made it through the primary.
CADem has its executive board meeting in San Diego from July 31-August 2 and they will make more endorsements now that the primary results are in. California Labor Fed will be meeting on August 4th in Oakland and will make further endorsements too.
